Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Order Confirmation:Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation detailing your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment that your order has been received and is being processed.
  • Processing Time:During this period, our team meticulously inspects and prepares your used auto parts for shipment. This includes verifying the part’s condition, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit, and preparing all necessary documentation for international shipping.
  • Tracking Information:Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
  • Order Cut-off Time:Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on a business day will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
