This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our e-commerce platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition:The item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Any signs of installation, modification, or damage not present at the time of delivery will void the return eligibility.
- Original Packaging:The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation that came with it.
- Proof of Purchase:A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or specific conditions. These include:
- Installed or Used Parts:Any auto part that has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear and tear after delivery.
- Damaged by Customer:Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, or neglect after delivery.
- Missing Components:Returns will not be accepted if essential components, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
- Electrical Components:Due to the sensitive nature of electrical components and the potential for damage during installation or due to vehicle electrical issues, these items are generally non-returnable unless proven to be defective upon arrival and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Personalized or Custom Orders:Items that have been custom-ordered or personalized.
- Gift Cards:Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale or Discounted Items:Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us:Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team at info@nayyaab.com within the 14-day return window. Please provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and clear photographs or videos of the item, highlighting any issues.
- Return Authorization:Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Packaging:Securely pack the item in its original packaging, along with all original contents and a copy of your proof of purchase. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval:If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Rejection:If your return is rejected (e.g., item does not meet eligibility criteria), we will notify you and explain the reasons. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check Your Bank Account:First, check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company:It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank:There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately at info@nayyaab.com with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will guide you through the exchange process.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
